Trisha is a Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Primary Health Care. She can diagnose and treat illness, prescribe medications and therapy modalities. She promotes wellness, optimal health and care of the whole person.
Trisha received both her undergraduate degree and Master of Nursing at the University of Windsor in Ontario.
She started her nursing career in 2015 and spent her early career working in Intensive Care. While working in this setting she learned about the importance of treating the person mentally from as well as physically. Her holistic approach ensures comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Meet Ms. Simar, a compassionate and seasoned Registered Psychotherapist experienced in providing diverse client support, spanning children (10+) to elders, couples, and families. Dedicated to navigating life's challenges, she addresses an array of issues, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, BPD, childhood trauma, communication difficulties, infidelity, and more. As an Asian therapist, Ms. Simar uniquely understands multicultural experiences, aiding immigrants and individuals in overcoming psychological challenges. Rooted in evidence-based practices, she tailors her approach using therapies like Mindfulness-based Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Therapy. With a double Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychology, Ms. Simar continues her growth, finding joy in witnessing transformative outcomes for her clients.

For about 20 years, Jose has been privileged to work with clients from many walks of life. He has worked in both healthcare and community settings, providing counselling, mental health, and other referral services. Worked in leading hospitals in Toronto, Jose also provided counselling to clients and families facing chronic and terminal physical adversities.

Mahboubeh Ghazanfari is a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Nursing and active licenses across multiple Canadian provinces. She has extensive experience providing care in diverse clinical settings, including emergency, primary care, and mental health. Mahboubeh has also worked as a travel nurse, which allowed her to adapt quickly to different communities and patient populations, strengthening her ability to deliver holistic and culturally sensitive care. With a strong commitment to mental health advocacy and evidence-based practice, she strives to empower her patients, improve access to care, and promote overall well-being through individualized treatment and support.

My name is Oluwaseyi Grace Obasola and I am a dedicated Virtual Clerk with a passion for assisting others. With a background in administrative support and a commitment to excellence, I thrive on organizing schedules and ensuring efficient patient care at My Esteem. My goals are to contribute positively to healthcare operations, ensuring every patient receives timely and compassionate care. My values are clear communication and teamwork, striving to make a meaningful impact in healthcare administration. I am committed to ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the practice and believe that providing timely and organized care is essential to improving patients' experiences. My goal is to support the team and patients by managing appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks with compassionate and efficient healthcare services.

Founder and Director of My Esteem. He has 4 years of experience delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to patients, including Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, and Depression in Adults. He displays leadership and gives respect to all. Mike believes the self-concept is crucial to good mental health, and a lot of that will come from a patient’s self-esteem. After earning his Master’s in Business Administration for Healthcare Management, he felt he was ready to chase his life-long mental health passion. Driven to advocate for mental health, patient-centered practice, and the professional practice of RNs.
