Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course focuses on changing undesirable behaviours. We utilize CBT by understanding the thoughts that proceed emotion and behaviour. We grow a theraputic relationship in order to engage with you on how to create healthier choices of thought. Our course is trauma informed. We utilize mindfulness and motivational interviewing in our therapeutic approach.
